"Order delivery time is divided into two parts:
Processing time: order verification, cutting, quality, inspection and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our service providers for shipment within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for the item to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
US and Canada
Standard secure shipping and insurance takes 2-4 weeks to deliver (if your item is in stock)
Australia and New Zealand
Standard secure shipping and insurance takes 2-4 weeks to deliver (if your item is in stock)
UK and Europe
Standard secure shipping and insurance takes 2-4 weeks to deliver (if your item is in stock)
Other countries
Standard secure shipping and insurance takes 2-5 weeks to deliver (if your item is in stock)
Insured shipping: If the item is lost or damaged during transportation, we will send you a replacement item free of charge as long as we provide sufficient evidence.
Logistics tracking: Tracking number usually takes a few days to a week to update and show the correct tracking information. Please use third-party websites (such as https://17track.net) to track your order.
Change Order Request/Cancellation: If you need to change/cancel your order, please email support@aboxun.com within 24 hours of placing the order and we will be happy to make the necessary changes/cancellations. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to change/cancel it. Please be sure to check that you have selected the correct size and color to avoid disappointment.
Package Tracking Abnormality: If there is an abnormality in the shipping track of your order, please contact our email customer service at support@aboxun.com in time and we will assist you in checking the package transportation status.
